If your standards for precision parts are high, we are pleased to match those with our own high standards. Our specialty is the successful manufacturing of close-tolerance, mission-critical parts for your industry.

We offer 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling services as well as CNC turning. To round out our machining capabilities, we maintain manual milling and turning machines that are actively utilized for appropriate applications, and EDM services (Wire, Orbital head sinker) for specialty applications.

Our Inspection department is equipped with advanced tools to meet the demands of close-tolerance dimensional verification. Included in our extensive portfolio of inspection tools are four CMM (DCC) machines and Nikon Vision CMM (DCC) for the latest in parts-checking technology.

In addition to machining, we provide complete welding and assembly services (including helical coil inserts and riveting), which expands our capabilities to give our customers one-stop-shop convenience. Unique to the machining industry, Reyco operates a complete in-house wood shop for the construction of mock-ups and custom crating for parts shipments when appropriate.
